Silicon Valley comes to the UK (SVc2UK) Enterprise day
Key Info
| Date: | Friday 18 November 2011 |
| Time: | TBC |
| Location: | University of Warwick campus |
Main Description
Did you know that Silicon Valley produces more successful technologybased start-ups than any other place in the world? One of the main reasons for this is their culture of sharing knowledge. We hope to take this same approach to encourage success in starting-up. Listen and talk to entrepreneurs that have been there and done it!
"The Silicon Valley Comes to UK Programme is an invitation only series of events that bring together leading Investors, iconic serial entrepreneurs, ambitious students and successful angels from the UK with leading Silicon Valley Serial Entrepreneurs and Investors to discuss, debate, create and fund today's most disruptive Internet and green technologies that will change our world in the years to come. The objective is to inspire students and alumni to consider starting or joining an entrepreneurial business at some point after graduation and to foster relationships between the leading entrepreneurs, angels and investors from Silicon Valley and Europe." - quoted from the Svc2UK website
